Through the library’s affiliation with the New York Metropolitan Reference and Research Library Agency, MMC faculty members and students have access to the materials of the member libraries. The library also participates in the On-line Computer Library Center (OCLC), a computerized database of the holdings of some 4,000 libraries that is currently being used for cataloging and reference purpose. The modern 250-seat Theresa Lang Theatre is equipped with an orchestra pit capable of accommodating 40 musicians.
