Students majoring in deaf education have the benefit of working with the pupils and teachers at the Florida School for the Deaf, located 1-1/2 miles from campus. Admissions Requirements: HS diploma; 16 units, 13 of which must be academic units, SAT or ACT; recommendation from HS counselor. Primary consideration given to the quality of course selection, grades, and class rank. Application deadline for early decision candidates is January 15; March 1 for regular decision candidates. |
