The 2018 Bergen County College Fair is held at Fairleigh Dickinson University's Rothman Center

Representatives from approximately 225 two-year and four-year colleges, nursing schools, business schools and trade schools will participate in the 28th annual Bergen County College Night which will be held on Thursday, September 20, 2018 at the Rothman Center of Fairleigh Dickinson University at the Metropolitan campus in Hackensack, New Jersey.

College Night is sponsored by the Bergen County Directors of Guidance in association with Fairleigh Dickinson University. In addition to asking questions, students and parents will be able to set up college interviews, pick up literature and learn about the various financial aid programs available.

Before you arrive at College Night, review the list of participating colleges. College booths will be arranged alphabetically by school name in the Rothman Center, so it should be easy to locate your desired schools. You might also want to print out some labels or cards with your personal information — name, address, e-mail address, year of graduation, and anticipated major. Give these to the reps at the college booths. This preparation will allow you more time to speak with the representatives and to visit all the colleges on your list.

The success of this year’s event is made possible through the collaboration of dedicated school guidance counselors, their districts and the distinguished institutions of higher learning represented here.
